County. Effecting a lease turnaround from a 15% vacancy rate to under
3% with annual rent increases remaining stable. By instituting and
enforcing a three bid system the costs of operation decreased 9% over
the prior year.
- Managing and leasing of
the Westage 300 Building (a Resolution Trust asset) owned by Patriot
American Management and Leasing in Dallas, Texas. Effected a turnaround
from 56% occupancy to 96% occupancy in the midst of the IBM downsizing.
Construction oversight for tenancy during the period for such notable
tenants as Motorola, Hewlett Packard, NY Empire State Development,
Hudson Valley Technology and A.G. Edwards and Sons.
- The Managing Director
of the CB/Commercial Richard Ellis Hudson Valley regional office and
the exclusive representative for First Union handling all of the asset
management, leasing, disposition and acquisition for the Hudson Valley
area.
- As Director for CB, Susan
managed, drafted and finalized the budgets, construction and close
of the 348,090 sq. ft. Child World building on Stewart International
Airport.

Has
been in the construction and maintenance field since 1969, with expertise
in the structural masonry and general base construction. As owner
of B&D Mason Corporation, the expertise in the commercial field
was utilized.
- Through construction since
1969, William finalized the development plans for Oakridge Plaza and
general contracted the building. Further development plans are currently
special approved for a community housing project.
- Construction and foundation
structuring and work was completed for Chelsea Ridge in the 1980's.
- Acted as the Mason Contractor
for the RiteAid drug store chain through the Upper New York State
Region.
- Plans and oversight were
developed for 224 units in Hyde Park.
- Handled the stone work
and addition for the Archdiocese Church in New Paltz, New York.
- Handled the library and
dining addition to the SUNY New Paltz campus.
- Currently handles the
maintenance and upgrades for Oakridge Plaza and is a consultant for
construction, renovation and bidding work.
